Clinical Bodywork

A targeted approach  for addressing pain patterns, movement restrictions, and underlying compensations. Clinical bodywork may include the use of clinic tools, deeper pressure, joint mobilization, stretching, and other techniques to restore function, and may be performed fully clothed, or with the client undressed to their comfort level and covered  with professional draping. 

Massage Therapy

Nuad Thai (Thai Yoga)
