A powerful, evidence-informed manual therapy designed to quickly release tension, pain, and movement restrictions by focusing on the nervous system instead of muscles. Unlike relaxation massage, RAPID sessions are fast, performed while clothed, and active: you'll be guided through specific movements while precise pressure is applied.
Audio-Visual Stimulation
AVS is a therapy that uses patterns of light and sound to influence brainwave activity, guiding your brain into a variety of restorative states, from calm focus to deep rest. Nuad Thai (Thai Yoga)
